Mayor's Message

I remember a time when discussing the issue of mental health was almost a taboo subject.

The longer days, the sprouting of plants awakening from their winter hibernation, the greening of our lawns and the budding of our trees, the patter of raindrops and the sound of neighborhood children playing outdoors are all serving as signs that spring is upon us.

Today’s message is very personal for me as it deals with someone whom I care for deeply, and their battle with a serious health issue.
